Andrés Montero

Mr. Montero studied Business Engineering at the Universidad de Chile in Santiago, Chile. He later received a Fulbright Commission scholarship to participate in the Hubert H. Humphrey Program. In 1985, he completed a Master of Arts in International Relations at The Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University in Boston. He worked at Citibank and Asset Chile and was the CEO of a group of companies in the agribusiness sector.


Since 1997, he has sat on the Board of several high-profile companies. Between April 2013 and April 2014, he served as Director of Banco Estado and was a member of the Audit Committee of
Chile. In March 2015, Mr. Montero became a National Counselor at the SNA (National Agricultural Association), and a member of its Board since 2019. He is Vice President of SNA Educa. In 2017 he became a Board member of Chile’s main business association (SOFOFA) and has remained in that position since. He has additionally served as President of the Chile-Spain Business Council.

Mr. Montero is an expert in Executive searches, having successfully participated in the placement of more than 1,500 executives in management positions over the last 25 years. He has actively participated in many M&A processes and searches for strategic partners. Mr. Montero has been a professor at the Economic and Administrative Sciences Department at the University of Chile.

In addition, Mr. Montero is an active contributor to the Spanish newspaper “ABC Madrid” and the Chilean platform “El Líbero”. For the past three years, he has been a columnist for the Chilean newspaper “Pulso” and a panelist on Radio Agricultura’s “Faro Empresarial” program.

M. Angelica Mena Ovalle

Consultant and Manager

Mrs. Mena studied Business Engineering at the Pontificia Universidad Católica, in Santiago, Chile. She completed a Master’s in Human Resources at King's College, London. Between 2008 and 2010, she worked in the Purchasing and Commercial management area in the Chilean company Falabella Retail. Mrs. Mena began working as a Headhunter in 2013 at Seminarium, where she served as a Senior Consultant, leading search processes for senior executives. She joined InterTrust Head Hunting in September 2021, currently serving as Consultant and Manager.

Luz María Torm Silva

Senior Consultant

Mrs. Torm studied Psychology at the Diego Portales University in Santiago, Chile. For over 23 years, she has worked in the area of Human Resources in both the private and public sectors. Mrs. Torm worked for 15 years in the Chilean business group “Enersis”, where she served as Deputy Development Manager and Endesa Human Resources Manager. Additionally, she served as People Manager in Los Parques S.A. and the Development Department at Enap. In August 2019, she joined the InterTrust Head Hunting team, taking over as Senior Consultant.

Alfredo Arbizu Calaf

Senior Consultant

Mr. Arbizu studied Business Engineering at the University of Chile in Santiago, Chile. He worked for more than 20 years in the LATAM Airlines Group, holding the position of Regional Sales Manager, Senior Manager of Direct Channels, and Senior Manager of Chile Sales. In June 2016, Mr. Arbizu joined the InterTrust Head Hunting team, taking over as Senior Consultant.
